Manchester, we’re coming! We’re looking for a Programme Rep to join our team and help build our presence, and programme in Manchester.
Programme Reps are responsible for closing sales leads, and signing schools and businesses up for subscriptions.
With engaging personalities, Programme Reps deliver speeches to over 1000 students across the 15 Manchester schools we work with, and spread Orbit’s message.
Join one of the UK’s most exciting Social Enterprises, and play a direct role in assisting over 120 Manchester teenagers to launch businesses, and secure jobs in an industry of the future.
Visits schools and businesses whom have expressed an interest in working with Orbit, and take them through the sign-up process for using our services.
Deliver inspirational speeches to over 1000 6th form students, across 15 schools and 6th form schools.
Attend Orbit’s programme, and assist in the smooth operating of the session. Assist in nurturing 120 budding intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs into business.
We’re looking for someone with a warm, engaging personality that can build rapport and maintain relationships with our clients. We like people without a corporate facade.
We need someone who is confident at speaking to groups of 100 people (or who is willing to build public speaking skills), and has an ability to win a clients trust through their enthusiasm for Orbit’s programme and services.
– Has a valid UK driving licence, and access to a car for transportation purposes.
– A complete “buy in” to what Orbit has set out to achieve.
– Sales / customer relations experience and/or training.
You’ll be working remotely around the Greater Manchester Region, and will receive a weekly phone-call with Managing Director Kieran Aitken.
You’ll have meetings in our head office in Glasgow, and will have travel expenses paid for.
Contract Type: Flexible.
Working Hours: 5 – 12 per week, from Monday – Friday, depending on demand. The work is flexible around your current schedule.
Rate of pay: £6.80/per hour with commission packages.
Sales training and mentoring from one of the UK’s leading sales trainers, James Fleming.
Public Speaking training from one of Scotland’s leading communication coaches, Kieran Aitken.
Face-to-face meetings and expenses paid dinners with some of the UK’s leading business and political figures.
Fuel expenses and travel expenses paid for.
